I remember the days where I believed the limiting voices inside me.
I remember the days were self sabotage was my only agenda.
I remember the days of feeling unworthy of happiness and love.
I remember a lot of shit that used to not go my way.
The days you remember don’t define you. Those days were a series of experiences that brought us all here today.
Today is about remembering your value, your worth and your light, for today is the only thing that exist.

I don’t know where to begin. I watched your story on the Shawn Ryan show. I want to thank you for sharing your life with us. It has forced me to put things in perspective in my own life. Battling constant depression, anger and self hatred. Trapped in a life not wanting to live in. Trying to change, but my demons keep fighting. I will fight thou.
